needed a change from the seriousness

got bored of seeing such a huge post when i look at the front page of my blog... and that too such serious stuff.. makes me feel all responislbe and all..lets leave that till i start working..and going the H1 way as i call it..:)
was going thru my resume..and got reminded of all my "achievements".... and as a result gloated at all my medals(almost all :D).. no no.. this is not a self- boasting post again.. stop sighing..and read on..by the way cant but take a dig at this.. i have a "best character" award from middle school ....hahahahha... beat that now :P... cant believe i have traveled this far ..from my innocent days...but then without digressing too much..get the thread and feel the continuity...
went thru probably the most common saying that teachers used to con us with in school... "participation is everything..winning does not matter".. and boy they used to get some pretty innocent kids conned!!! mebbe it made those kids better individuals and more social individuals.. i dont know!!! but it sure made me more critical of the good..the bad ...and the downright pathetic... :D
and then there was the overachieving.. irrepressible (no sumanth..i didnt copy it frm ur orkut profile..i know that word...:D) vince lombardi who said "Winning is not everything, it's the only thing"...such contrasts.. and made me think..thats why he probably achieved so much as he did...and my teacher was left leading her life in the midst of mediocrity, at best..am not being sarcastic or caustic....but you tend to achieve as much as you want to......
so remember...to play fair, well barely fair is good enough and thats about as fair as ill ever play..and go for the win... go for the jugular...kill..swipe..finish ur rivals... remember..."alls fair in love and war" and that arjun and krishna..killed and won with more than a hint of "taking advantage.and stretching the rules to the limits"....and they are heroes for generations of grannies... and grandpas.... and we chant the name of lord krishna...with austerity..and of arjuna with great reverence...when probably..they used deception to the utmost to win!!! well.. virtue had to win.... but they still didnt play completely fair...
where did these thoughts come from??? i played badminton with a 60+ year old dude.. dude cos i think hes pretty cool and fit and to be the way he is at actually is an achievement...i was wondering do i play easy and make the game more interesting... he didnt like it when i kept playing daft shots across the court.. he seemed to beg..come on.. i know u can play harder.. please do...i want to be treated as an equal dont show mercy.... i obliged him.. and we were both happy at the end of the game.. the points that he won...were purely won..so he was satisfied.. and for me..i LOVE WINNING :D...
well..if he.. with such an obvious disadvantage wants me to win hard and rough.. then bloody well..everyone else i face in my life...be prepared to face me at my most cold-hearted best :)...i make no friends... all enemies from now till the end of my days... have enough friends i think :D
muahahahahahahaha... (echoing like ravan's laughter in the Ramayan... :D...and the villain from chandrakanta serial.....krur singh i think...:D..cant belive its gotten a rerun... damn..want to watch chandrakanta)

PS: getting nostalgic abt all the serials... muahahahahahahahahahahaha...
